I see people with double my TC by my age
and I really think I screwed up I
screwed it up my problems that I think I
did wrong went with many small companies
instead of big ones
when with higher title instead of higher

accepted LinkedIn recruiter messages
jumped around too much around 1.5 years
to two years usually
went up as far as head of engineering at
a small company now crashed
on the way back to senior engineer but
love it nothing if nothing else at this
point it's a cautionary tale for not
jumping in front of a bus before you
were ready
