That should not have happened. It wasn't
directed at you, but it did appear in my
message, and my earlier absolutely not
response was wrong. I'm sorry. That was
unacceptable and jarring.

What I see is you asked about
competitors to the Amaran Verge Max Kit
Light. My response started normally with
product recommendations.
Then the response suddenly included the
N-word and a huge list of slurs
offensive terms.
You then asked whether I had called you
that, and my first answer incorrectly
denied it. So, the honest answer is from
the visible conversation, those words
came from my side of the chat, not from
you prompting me to say them.
I also should not have said absolutely
not afterward. That was wrong.
